Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an agile-led, product-oriented startup environment.
- Experience in collaborating with multiple delivery teams, with common source code and collective delivery ownership between teams and individuals
- Experience in front-end scripting languages – TypeScript, JavaScript
- High proficiency in developing back-ends, including design and troubleshooting- Java

We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of our talented Product Development team. Your role will be to gather information through Customers, System Users and Product development team, and translate the requirements into straight forward functional specifications.
Core Responsibilities of this Role:
- Work closely with the Product team, collaborate to create User Stories from internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with Engineers, Quality Assurance and other key stakeholders throughout the software development process.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and non-functional specifications. Elicit, gather and document requirements in the form of epics and user stories.
- Responsible for project level Sprint Planning, executing and controlling. Prioritizing Product Backlog items and ensuring the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
- Create business requirement documents, use cases/user scenarios, data and process flow diagrams and wireframes based on the business need.
- Understand the product and determine the level of quality of a product or feature, through testing and Gap analysis. You will document findings in detail, and communicate findings/feedback to all appropriate parties.
- Demonstrating software and training the project stakeholders. Assist users during UAT and provide support during implementation.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, quality assurance, and/or software development role.
- Proficient in SDLC process with proven experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
- Experience building Enterprise products in a SaaS environment.
- Experience creating designs on wireframes and mockups. Hands-on experience in using tools to depict business processes, mind maps and wireframing.
- Familiar with document/requirement management systems such as JIRA.
- Must be flexible and available after normal business hours to work with global teams.
- Experience in CRM, Quote to Cash, Subscription Billing, ERP is a bonus.
